The Matchbox subsection focuses on the theme of childhood memories. The object can serve as a trigger for recalling a specific time, place, or emotion.

Lotus

The Lotus subsection focuses on the theme of personal growth and transformation. Stories of a time when a significant personal transformation is experienced such as overcoming a challenge, learning a new skill, or making major life decisions.
